Esha recently supplied a complete roofing system which included their unique recyclable single ply membrane - Esha Universal’ EshaTherm insulation and l3 rooflights for the Charles Wilson building at the University of Leicester’ Esha Universal is a single layer, POCB (Polyolefin Copolymer Bitumen Binder) roofing membrane that offers the low temperarure performance of SBS membranes combined with the high - end performance of APP membranes. The University’s Building Maintenance Officer’ Bob Gregory said "Esha Universal is the best one layer roofing membrane I have seen - it’s more durable and easier to lay than similar systems. We were also pleased to specify a product that has genuine environmental credentials, it’s made from recycled material and it can also be recycled"
